Reveal is seeking a professional, energetic and friendly Human Resources Manager to support the rapid growth of its business operations and staff in current and planned locations throughout the metropolitan DC area. The position will be based in Reveal's Tysons Corner headquarters location. This is a fantastic opportunity to join Washington's fastest growing cosmetic treatment company.

OVERVIEW: The HR Manager will be responsible for all day-to-day HR operations. The HR manager will be responsible for all recruiting activities and reporting, as well as all other HR areas including compensation, performance management, benefits, staff planning and compliance monitoring. The HR manager will also partner with the COO on HR strategy and policy development.

The HR Administrator reports directly to the HR Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full life cycle recruiting
- Compensation administration (including calculation and payment of incentives & bonuses)
- Benefit program evaluation and administration
- Management of staff performance evaluation process, including coaching managers on appropriate methods of performance feedback, as needed
- OSHA and other regulatory compliance analysis and tracking
- New hire onboarding and exit interview processes
- Training program development and administration
- Analysis and monitoring of recruiting performance
- Assist with implementation of HRIS and maintain data integrity
- Management of HR Administrator’s daily activities
- Researching and developing recommendations for HR policies and practices
- Completion of special HR-related projects at the request of the CEO, COO, President and/or Sales Director
- Stewardship of Reveal’s strategic HR priorities. For 2006-2007, these include:
1) Manager Quality - Developing higher degree of manager quality through training; developing a systematic process for managers to deal with problems
2) Recruiting – Reducing time to fill, improving quality of new hires, reducing recruiting costs where possible
3) Performance Management – Promoting early identification of performance challenges and working with managers to effectively address these challenges
4) Training – Development of a robust Provider training program
5) Risk Management – OSHA and other regulatory compliance

REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree
- Three years or more of experience in Human Resources role(s)
- One year or more in fast paced recruiter/interviewer role (not just coordinating and resume screening)
- Highly presentable and professional with a positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills, with proven ability to manage processes and projects
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Web browser
- Highly motivated, self-directed, enthusiastic and energetic
- Strong communications skills
- Reliable with high degree of integrity
