HR Manager, Aero Energy Services

Business Unit: GE Infrastructure, EnergyFunction: Human ResourcesResponsibilities: This exciting HR opportunity will support the Aero Services organization with a global 600 employee base (salaried & hourly).
Key responsibilities include:
Provide generalist HR support including staffing, talent development, performance management, salary planning and succession planning
Develop & execute HR programs to support the Services team in line with the overall business strategy
Strong focus on identification, selection & retention of talent
Lead and initiate new & innovative HR practices to create a strong culture & high performing teams
Implement GE Energy and other HR-related initiatives and programs across a geographically dispersed client group
Manage headcount plans & ensure targets met
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: * Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
Ability to work at a strategic level and be able to execute on day-to-day operational mattersDesired: * HRLP graduate (internal only)
Masters in Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior or related field
Prior exposure to global teams
Ability to successfully drive initiatives in a matrix environment
Excellent interpersonal skills
Energetic and dynamic
Credible HR professional with an ability to build effective business relationships
Contemporary approach particularly to staffing and talent development
Effective communication skills, ability to work at all levels of the organizationGeneral: *This role reports directly to the HR Leader for Aero Energy and will work closely with the GM, Aero Energy Services
