CALL CENTER HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER SITEL, the worldwide leader in providing sales and service support to major companies across the world, is searching for a self-motivated individual to manage the HR responsibilities of our 224-seat Amarillo call center. The role includes responsibilities such as: Recruitment and retention; employee relations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures; discipline and discharge; payroll and timekeeping and safety program. Qualified candidates will possess a BS/BA with emphasis in Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience. 1year supervisory/managerial experience, 3 years related experience in administering HR programs. HR certification preferred. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment while making good business decisions is a must!
