Manage the administration, use and integrity of the HRIS as a tool for enhanced services/reporting, to assist in workflow automation and support business activities.
Develop strategies and processes to support the HRIS needs of our internal and external customers.
Oversee and process personnel actions into the HRIS and coordinate with Payroll.
Design, develop and run queries; analyze data, identify trends and create presentations for directors and executive team.
Assign work, train and manage employee performance for a staff of 8.Xurs09X

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree with minimum 7 years progressive experience in HR, 4 of which demonstrate the management of HRIS functions (ADP preferred).
