Prominent bank owned global clearing brokerage firm is creating the position of HR Manager to meet the demands of our rapidly growing company. Will be responsible for recruitment and selection process, monitoring policies, performance reviews, payroll, and the adminstration and development of benefits and 401K.

Ideal candidate will have 5+ years HR experience and have the ability to work in a small team as well as independently, be results-oriented and have a good understanding of legal issues and best practices. We are looking for an HR professional with excellent influencing and communication skills. Good writing ability, and able to handle multiple priorities. Good PC skills a must.
