PhD required; ABD acceptable.

** Unfortunately candidates without a PhD (or ABD) cannot be considered. ***DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primarily conduct assessments (role-plays) with potential candidates for multiple clients. This includes: ensures standard, reliable and valid assessment experience for each candidate, actively listen, offer appropriate cues to ensure candidates remain on task, ensure candidates have adequate opportunity to display the behaviors the assessment is designed to elicit, communicate appropriately, take detailed accurate notes on behaviors exhibited and assign numerical ratings in accordance with the program-specific guidelines.May also conduct standardized physical and skills assessments, behavioral interviews and pre-employment testing as part of multiple client new hire selection processes. In addition to above responsibilities, these may include: Administering and scoring pre-employment tests, maintaining responsibility for and security of test materials and equipment, collecting and quality checking employment paperwork, work with large volumes of confidential data with attention to detail. Must have the ability and equipment weighing up to 50lbs. Demonstrate openness to and acceptance of fluctuating clients needs by maintaining a pleasant professional demeanor and flexibility with scheduling variability. Evenings and weekends will be required at times.SPECIAL SKILLS:
Flexibility, communication and interpersonal skills, ability to follow instructions, attention to detail, organizational skills, time management skills, problem solving skills, public speaking & presenting, ability to work independently.HOURS:
We're offering 10-15 hours per week. Most of these can be worked from home or at our Melville (Long Island NY) facility.MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
