Job Description:

Project and team coordination in support of system rollouts for employee surveys and system usability functions. Coordinates the design, development, and implementation of training solutions, especially in support of system rollouts; creates end-user documentation; provides usability consultation; and supports process improvement projects for the distribution centers.
Responsibilities:
Provide usability consultation to system developers and support corporate-wide process improvement initiatives. Coordinate a variety of projects addressing usability and employee surveys, consults with clients on information needs and analyses; writes project reports; writes instructional materials associated for various systems as it pertains to usability; assists in employee surveys.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree; superior communication skills (oral and written); excellent analytic skills; experienced and comfortable with technology; masters complex systems quickly and can translate technical information in a way that trainees can understand. Prior experience with project management, coordinating projects, developing multimedia, web pages, electronic performance support, technical writing and/or training is a plus.
