HR GENERALIST



Duties include, but are not limited to:

* Partner with VP of HR to assist with management and oversight of Company's corporate HR function.

* Serve as chief administrator for employee relations issues companywide.

* Responsible for full-cycle performance appraisal administration.

* Oversees administration of pre-employment drug screening program.

* Assist VP with updating and maintenance of records in the HR database.

* Responds to all unemployment claims and lead all hearings.

* Responsible for federal and state compliance reporting such as the EEO-1 report.

* Handles employee relocation program.

* Assist VP with policy development, recruiting (during peak season), and employee orientations.

* Other projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:

* Bachelors Degree in HR or similar preferred.

* 5-10 years experience in HR with a strong emphasis on employee relations.

* PHR required, SPHR preferred.

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

* Strong written and spoken communication skills.
