HR Field Representative – PT & FT Positions

We are searching for 2 intelligent, energetic, self-motivated HR professionals to provide generalist support at our client worksites. You will interface and consult with business owners, managers and employees on a regular basis. This position allows the flexibility to work from home while supporting our clients.
REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidates will have at least 5 years of strong Human Resource Generalist experience, bachelor's degree in related field, stable work history, ability to build rapport and consult with all levels within an organization, and ability to travel to client sites. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must. PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
