HR Coordinator - (L-3 GSITJ24510)

HR Coordinator

L-3 GSI has a need for a organized and detailed HR Coordinator. The successful candidate will: Provide HR support in the functional area of Human Resources and help to maintain and improve HR administration process as necessary. Process employee benefits and programs, answer employee inquiries and help to investigate employee questions/issues. Provide administrative support to new hires and terminations. Conduct New Hire Orientation. Process new hire paperwork, backup HRIS entry and data collection of new hire information. Review and update HR forms and documents for internal website release. Help in developing training materials within HR on areas of Compensation, Performance Management, Career Development and various other programs. Work on special projects in the areas of Benefits and Compensation.

Position requirements include:
A college degree is desired.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in HR administration support required.
HRIS - Ceridian Source 500 and Deltek Costpoint Desired (or other similar database).
Strong written, oral communication, technical and customer service skills.
High level experience and use of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required.
