HR Coordinator Assistant

Purpose:
Our company, a large Government Integrator, is looking for a HR Coordinator Assistant. This person will be responsible for assisting the HR department.

On a day to day basis, this person will be responsible for performing a variety of general personnel/clerical tasks in recruiting such as
generating offer letters and packets, checking drug tests, initiating background investigations and posting accepted offers to HRIS
via Lawson. They will assist in the application and acquisition of passports and visas for the overseas location and schedule/coordinate all travel arrangements for both processing and deployment. They will schedule employment physicals and coordinate additional tests required and/or receipt and review of completed physical examinations. This person will stay in telephonic or electronic contact with all candidates minimum weekly during the processing phase (usually 3-4 week process) and brief all candidates and assist in the completion of their hiring packets. This person must have 6 months-1 year experience in the HR/recruiting field and must be flexible with overtime as needed.

This position is 3 months contract. The salary is 15/hr and the position is located in Fairfax.Classification:Contract-to-HireCompensation:
