HR Benifits Coordinator
Responsibilities and Duties
Administer benefits,government reporting,administer all leave programs for the company and new hire activities, maintain legal compliance, maintain Affirmative Action Plan under the direction of Corporate Human Resources Director.
Requirements and Skills
Must have excellent computer/technology skills and communication skills, the ability to work in fast-paced environment and be able to interact effectively with all levels of employees. Must be customer service oriented. Three to five years of human resources management experience with a concentration in benefits and or a combination of a bachelor’s degree and work experience. Degree preferred and/or benefits or HR certification. Degree can be replaced by work experienceMust be eligible to work for any employer in the U.S.EOE/m/f/d/v/
