HR Assistant - Part-Time
We are looking for an experienced and exceptional Human Resources professional to join our client's HR team as a Human Resources Project Manager. The responsibilities for this person will include working with internal client groups on specific and general personnel related issues to develop strategic business relationships with managers and their teams. Additional responsibilities include administering Human Resources programs and guidelines including management consulting, employee relations, performance appraisal program, training, and organizational effectiveness; recognizing and reacting to HR trends; analyzing and presenting information to management teams that enable good business decision; and supporting cross-group initiatives. Qualifications should include a minimum of 5 years directly applicable HR experience or an equivalent combination of advanced training and experience. Knowledge of HR laws (EEOC guidelines, FMLA, ADA etc.) and the ability to negotiate and persuade others required. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, training and interpersonal skills required. A BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred.
This position has potential to become a full-time permanent position for the right candidate. Our client is one of the leading companies in the online media industry, with their music division based in San Francisco and corporate headquarters in Seattle.
Requirements:
Day to Day: Tuition reimbursement: organize and manage, report out, approve expense reports, Handbook updates- goes along with Refine and document HR processes, create templates and FAQs.— organize, track and report out (losses/ successes) HR Branding: project support for Branding initiatives- new programs communication outline, HR successes. Own Exit Interview process end-to-end including conducting interviews, record-keeping and reporting. Research payroll issues and answer other employee questions. Organize company events, Support Volunteer Committee activities, Project management of title and level cleanup projects, transition to online time off tool. Refine and document HR processes, create templates and FAQs. Coordinate international relocations. Support HRMs through performance review process – answer process questions, manage data collection, create reports
