HR Assistant/Bilingual Spanish

SS White Burs, Inc. has a proud history in the dental community dating back to 1868.We have an outstanding opportunity for a Human Resources Assistant to support the Human Resources team at our corporate headquarters located in Lakewood, NJ.Your duties in this fast paced position will include:-Assist in the sourcing, screening, testing, interviewing of production team members
-Use electronic web-based recruitment tools to post job openings, update applicant tracking system-Assist managers in creating and tracking of job requisitions.
-Coordinating new hire orientation, training, performance evaluations and development programs
-Maintaining and up-dating and entering personnel information in web-based database
-Assist in other generalist duties as required
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Must be fluent in Spanish;Associates degree with 1-3 year of HR experience desired. Familiarity with ADP payroll processing helpful. Working knowledge of MS Office Products particularly MS Excel.Success Factors:Possess excellent communication and analytical skills and have a strong professional work ethic.
