HR Administrator

Profile:Getronics is seeking an HR Administrator to join the Human Resources Operations Service Center. We are searching for a team player who is detail oriented and enjoys producing high quality administrative work supporting a dynamic HR team. The successful candidate must be to multi-task and appropriately communicate information. A positive attitude, flexibility, and accurate work output are critical success factors for this position.

Challenges:A major challenge in the role of HR Administrator is to accurately communicate and coordinate the flow of information to HR Management, Recruiters, other Human Resources staff and candidates for positions with Getronics. This position requires the ability to work with and properly handle confidential information. In order to be successful the candidate will need to be very detailed oriented, have good multi-tasking skills and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in the day-to-day work.

Job Description:
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Generating offer letters and new hire packages
Running present reports and format to customer specification using excel
Using a tracking system, review requisitions, create profiles, and update information
Developing and/or recommending changes to administrative procedures
Performing general clerical tasks, including typing memos, filing, and copying
Entering data and checking data in our HRIS system
Providing backup coverage for other functions within the department and team
Supporting the administrative operations and initiatives of the HR Operations department

Actions and Results:The successful candidate will be entering job and candidate information into our automated recruiting system and will review job requisitions and employment offers to ensure compliance with internal processes. This position is critical in facilitating the hiring process by creating offer letters, sending offer packages to candidates, routing hiring documents, tracking and recording recruiting transactions and maintaining records. Additionally, this position provides administrative support to other functions and tasks within the Human Resources Operations Center including data entering and reviewing employee transactions in our SAP/HRIS system to ensure that the needs of the HR teams supporting the business lines are met.

Attention to detailExcellent spelling and proofreading skills
Ability to multi-task
Positive attitude, team orientation, and excellent customer service skills required
Organizational and recordkeeping skills
MS Office Suite (Word, Excel PowerPoint, Outlook)
Keyboard skills (typing, numerical entry, formatting)
Professional communication skills (listening, speaking, and writing)
Willingness to learn and grow
Flexibility to work with all levels of employees
Familiarity with an automated recruiting system or HRIS system
HR Smart or SAP/HR a plus
Associates degree or equivalent and 3-5 years of relevant experience
