ADVICS Manufacturing Ohio, Inc. is a leading OEM automotive supplier located in Lebanon, Ohio (just north of Cincinnati). We manufacture the highest quality and most competitive disc brake calipers and ABS brake system components in the world. By utilizing the Just-In-Time production model we are able to identify and solve problems efficiently at virtually every step of the manufacturing process. ADVICS meets challenges before they arise allowing us to produce “world class” quality calipers and antilock braking systems.
We are currently seeking a Human Resources Administrative Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support, aiding in the establishment and organization of department systems.
Additionally, the individual in this position will:
•Enter data and maintain department databases
•Compile and maintain reports
•Provide exceptional customer service to employees and visitors
•Contribute to the continuous improvement of the HR area.
The successful candidate will have:
•3-5 years of related experience in a HR department, preferably in a manufacturing environment
•Experience in Ceridian, Kronos, and/or other payroll and timekeeping systems
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to deal effectively with individuals of all levels both inside and outside the company
•Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment, initiative, and decision-making with confidential information.
