HM Experienced Analyst in LS
Associates in this role will be responsible for some level of project management when assigned, in addition to gathering and entering data into our online tools (e.g., HHVI and HHR). Additional responsibilities include some level of data analysis and reporting.Key Responsibilities/Activities
A. Act as HHVI LCC (loading and running HHVI Data) on larger or more complex clients; check data output for reasonableness
B. Coordinate with appropriate team(s) to request a Discount Analysis , Health Need Index, DxCG Analysis, Benefit Index® or other benchmarking tools; assist lead consultant with client presentation of results
C. Draft RFPs and other deliverables for lead consultant/project manager review
D. Work with RFP team on eRFP and related vendor issues
E. Manage data collection process for renewals or pricing: gather, manipulate, and summarize data
F. Set up data analysis tools (spread sheeting)
G. Review proposal responses for reasonableness, accuracy, and meeting client requirements
H. Create data summary reports on HHR
I. Provide negotiation reports and financial analysis/prep for negotiations; assist in negotiations
J. Review benefit information for completeness, comparison to previous year, and wording consistency
K. Perform accuracy review of plan information (rates/benefits) before being sent to client or TBA
L. Conduct service area analysis and reporting, including:
o GeoAccess analysis
o Provider disruption analysis
o Migration/election analysis (for non-HRO clients, coordinate with HRO when they do analysis)
M. Conduct plan performance/administration analysis
N. Perform vendor management, including carrier follow-up, problem resolution, negotiations, etc.
O. Review contract benefits and rates
P. Assist in the preparation of client documents
Q. Assist in and where appropriate, own the information flow between HM, HRO, Plan Design Database (PDD), and communication teams where applicable
R. Follow up with client and vendor requests as needed
S. Develop relationship with day-to-day client contacts
T. Participate in local and national training events/initiatives to further understanding of the business, as applicableResult Measures
