Responsibilities incl recruitment conducting background checks, new hire orientation, group benefits admin, I-9 compliance, maintaining applicant flow charts & accurate personnel files. Candidates must have 3 - 5 yrs professional exp, be proficient in MS Word/Excel, working knowledge of an HRIS database/report writer, familiarity w/state & federal labor laws, xlnt verbal/written communication skills, detail oriented & strong organizational skills.
