Global Compensation Administrator

DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for providing overall administrative support to the Vice President, Global Compensation and to the Director, International Compensation, as well as staff members. Duties include drafting basic communications, assisting in preparation of presentations, stock award and Board of Director materials, and completing routine compensation analysis, as well as processing of reimbursement requests for international spouse assistance, expatriate education and financial advisory fees; management of vendor billing and chargebacks; tracking and medical insurance coverage for short term assignees; scheduling orientations for relocating expatriates; maintenance of temporary social security number database; and liaison with outside banking service provided to expatriates. Additional duties include telephone, meeting management, calendars, travel arrangements, files, office supplies and expense report administration.
REQUIREMENTS


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Excellent organizational and planning skills

Outstanding follow-up and customer service

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Outstanding computer knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, SAP, Concur)

Ability to handle extremely confidential data and interact with members of Senior Management and the Board.

Excellent analytical skills

Strong attention to detail required

Previous HR experience preferred



EDUCATION:

Bachelor's Degree or office administration certification preferred. High School graduate required.
