Financial Recruiter

Our Company has an immediate need for a full-time financial recruiter. This person will be responsible for:

Searching and screening potential candidates.
Building a database of screened candidates.
Behaviorial interviewing of candidates.
Consulting with candidates on their interviewing techniques and skills.
Networking with outside organizations and clients.
Developing internal processes and procedures for growing company.

We are an entrepreneurial company. This is a very good opportunity to get in with a growth organization. The salary is negotiable based on your experience, but the structure will include significant bonuses based on production.
REQUIREMENTS


The qualified applicant must have:

A college degree.
An ability to work independently and be very self motivated.
Experience as an interviewer and an ability to screen potential candidates for various positions.
Great organizational skills.
A positive phone presence and can articulate and communicate very well.
An ability to write on a polished professional level.
Strong computer skills, especially in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Good command of how to use the Internet and searching of resumes from various sources.
An awareness of the selling process and experience working with clients and prospective clients.
A creative and outgoing personality; this person should be willing to network with multiple organizations, individuals, and clients.
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, Recruiting, Financial Recruiting, or Staffing.
