Job DutiesThe Field Recruitment Manager will assist in empowering and aiding hiring managers in our field offices, including Savings, Loans and Atlas Securities to recruit ?the right talent, at the right time, in the right place.? He/she will also promote information sharing across business units and geographical areas regarding successful use of recruitment tools and promotion of best practices.Provide guidance to HR offices and hiring managers on all recruitment related topics.Train individuals on recruiting-related practices where appropriate.Assist hiring managers in the planning and execution of recruitment strategies.Serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment advertising, sourcing and interview techniques. Collect and interpret data in order to present information to hiring managers on the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.

Job RequirementsBachelor?s degree or equivalent experience.Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience, preferably serving large, complex business organizations.Demonstrated success in the role of client-focused, full-cycle recruiter.Direct involvement in the creation of recruitment strategies, recruitment marketing and related promotions. Direct involvement in the designing and facilitating management training programs. Excellent oral and written communication skills.Proficiency in use of Internet, MS Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint applications.Peoplesoft and Web-based Applicant Tracking System experience preferred.Must be willing to travel nationally (average of about 1 time per month for approximately 2 to 3 days).
