Experienced Spanish Speaking Human Resources Manager

Kelly Services is seeking out an experienced Spanish Speaking Human Resources Manager to provide professional HR Support.



Focus Areas Include:



-Responsible compiling benefit packages for new hires.


-Plans and conducts new employee orientation.


-Keep records of insurance coverage, and personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, and


Terminations.


-Investigates accidents and prepares reports for insurance carriers.


-Responsible for maintaining all personnel files.


-Ensure all personnel data is entered in the system in timely fashion manner.



Required Skills:



-Strong customer service and excellent verbal and written communications skills; the ability to compose memos, letters, and correspondence is required.


-Must have demonstrated ability to maintain confidentially, and exercise good judgment and discretion in handling and disseminating information.


-Knowledge of employment practices and laws


-Fluent in English and Spanish is highly desirable



This is a 3 week position at this time


This is a Part Time position 1:00pm-5:00pm 3 days a week


Pay Rate is $20.00
