Executive Development Program Manager

Key Role: Provide guidance, oversight, and management of internal executive development programs for directors and partners within the firm. Work with the senior manager of executive development on the development, execution, evaluation, and enhancement of development courses at the director and partner levels for internal senior level staff. Work to implement leadership development best practices. Collaborate with partnerships to negotiate agreements and manage outside resources. Maintain responsibility for matrixing across the team and other areas both internal and external to the organization for program delivery. Develop strategy for the implementation and measurement of value of executive development programs across the firm. Collaborate with the executive development consultant on technical assessments and enhancements to programs, including assessment tool selection and ROI studies. Facilitate and develop programs in support of the firm's competencies and business objectives.



Job Requirements













Basic Qualifications:


-5 years of experience with executive and leadership development, including I/O psychology and research


-Experience with training and development in an adult learning environment


-MA or MS degree required





Additional Qualifications:


-5-7 years experience with professional development, including platform facilitation, design, management, and evaluation of training programs


-Knowledge of leadership development


-Experience with program management


-Ability to develop learning methods that are appropriate to audience


-Possession of excellent senior level facilitation skills


-Knowledge of adult learning theories and assessment tools


-Possession of excellent presentation, interpersonal, and consulting skills


-Possession of excellent written communication skills


-Experience as a PhD with executive development in corporate or professional services firms preferred
