Englewood-Sr Manager Human Capital Delivery (US)

POSITION SUMMARY:
As a member of the global business operations team, this position will ensure the implementation of TeleTech's global best practices within each region and corresponding countries. Responsible for ensuring each operating unit is compliant with established Human Capital Delivery GBP opeational controls and practices. Responsible for consulting with call management centers and clients, assessing TeleTech's operational model and recommending stratgies to leverage best practices.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensures site management is effectively executing TeleTech's global best practices related to the human capital vision and strategies to create a great place to work.
Ensures execution of TeleTech's GBP Human Capital solutions in each country.
Work with the Global Best Practice team and local management team to identify areas of improvement and develop an action plan for correction.
Ensuring that each operation unit is compliant with established Human Capital Delivery operational controls and best practices.QUALIFICATIONS:
5-7 years of progressive human capital or human resources experience.
5-7 years Effective management skills.
Operations or similar experience.
