Hours: PT 28 hours, with some evening and weekends included as needed.Provide job development, placement, and coaching as part of an innovative, intensive outpatient and rehabilitation program for individuals with severe mental illness. Experience in job development and coaching in both psychiatric and rehab settings expected.As a teaching hospital, Hartford Hospital is a primary affiliate of the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and Dentistry for both graduate and undergraduate medical education.

REQUIREMENTS
Job development and job coaching experience in both psychiatric and rehabilitation settings. Works well both independently and as a team member. B/A degree in related field
