Join the Thresholds team!Thresholds is seeking an Employment Specialist, who will work on the MHTS project and be responsible for engaging beneficiaries interested in vocational services. The MHTS project is a 3.5 year project. This person will facilitate weekly DHS. Individual services and will work along side an integrated clinical team, e.g. nurse care coordinator, research assistant etc. This person will be responsible for electronic billing of services, such as individual and ORS paper work. Transport members to ORS appointments, interviews for employment and job development/seeking efforts are other responsibilities for the Employment Specialist.Qualifications Required:Must meet the criteria for RSA outlined by OMH rule 132. Must quickly learn to write documentation for vocational delivery- acurately and on time. Must model wellness and interact w/ respect and regard. Must be able to work in a team effectively. Must learn to assess existing symptoms of mental illness and respond to program. Must be able to contribute to the creation of supportive, dynamic, and healthy milieu.
Requirements, Responsibilities and/or Duties Unique to the Position:- Bilingual/Spanish speaking.- Employment Specialist will utilize Evidence Base Practice - SEP.- Adhere to fidelity scale.- Valid Driver's License and Car, 100,000/300,000 bodily injury liability insurance.
