Employment Sales Manager

The News Journal Company, Delaware’s most valued information source, seeks an employment sales manager for its Classified Advertising department. The employment sales manager is responsible for managing a team selling recruitment solutions to small, medium, and large size businesses in the tri-state area.
REQUIREMENTS
This position requires the ability to motivate sales professionals, make sales presentations and create marketing partnerships with advertisers. The successful candidate will understand the changing nature of recruiting while being able to offer creative solutions to meet employers’ recruitment needs. Sales management experience and the ability to learn newspaper ad entry/billing systems are required. The successful candidate must have a minimum of two years newspaper experience including experience with advertising agencies. The ability to analyze rates, create package sales and develop innovative products to generate new revenue is required.
