Employee Relations Rep

Employee Relations RepresentativeThis position assists with employee relations including counseling, reporting and assisting management with staff issues. Key functions will include assisting in explaining company procedures/policies to employees, along with participating in Employee Relations investigations, conducting exit interviews and maintaining files. The chosen candidate will be relied on to prepare responses to complaints from outside agencies, prepare activity reports and analyze data to identify trends. Other duties will include managing the unemployment insurance claims for client group(s), participating on Safety Committee, monitoring Workers' Comp activities and assisting Countrywide Employee Club as needed.Requirements:

7 years of Human Resources generalist experience with an emphasis in Employee Relations.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.

Working knowledge of all aspects of employee relations.

Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet and employee database operation.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
