EAP Account Representative

The Account Representative (AR) will support Account Executives who manage local and national EAP clients. The AR will develop and maintain strong and collaborative working relationships with colleagues by listening to their clients’ needs and ensuring delivery of services to meet customer requirements. To ensure full and effective performance of our contractual obligations the AR will work as a liaison with AEs and identify opportunities to increase program value to customers, while keeping within and complying with the scope of the contracts.The ideal candidate for this position is detail oriented, has experience coordinating and/or scheduling training events and related activities and overseeing promotional plans. The candidate should be comfortable interfacing with EAP customers and must be able to identify when to involve the AE or Director.There are several primary duties assigned to the EAP Account Representative: account management, program promotion and wellness coordination. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Support Account Executives in all aspects of account management (new and existing customers) including: implementation, strategic business planning, customer report delivery, needs assessment, program planning, promotion, and evaluation Support Account Executives who oversee the Small Employer Community. AR will work with the lead AEs to develop and enhance the annual visibility plan (newsletters, monthly tip sheets, articles, and other promotional items), fulfill requests for brochures/posters, data collection and client reporting, coordinate on-site training, and assist with maintaining internal web-based tool that serves as a clearing of resources, forms, presentations, and proposals for AEs Problem solve with account management team and operations team to ensure timely resolution of all customer issues Act as a team resource and able to assist with project planning i.e., updating the manager’s tool kit, contributing to the promotional plan development, data entry of CISDs and other on-site activities, project completion Participation in EAP committees: topical training, management training, utilization reporting Work with AEs to prepare and distribute utilization reports for existing customers and/or electronic distribution of EAP promotional material Facilitate and/or attend local employee orientations, open enrollment meetings, health fairs, etc. as requested by AE/customers Attend local client meetings with Director/AE as requested Training and Topical Workshops Coordinate training/wellness requests: manage process including facilitating the initial consult with client/AE, locating a provider and following up with the client and provider after the session to ensure satisfaction of presentation Research and screen local providers, facilitate introductory call between provider and client to establish agenda and draft/modify program materials (power point presentation, slides, handouts) Generate and track invoices Complete IRIS data entry of activity Coordinate the satisfaction survey process: compile and enter results into a database to reflect in clients’ utilization reports Staff local benefit/health fairs and maintain the health fair kits with supplies Program Promotion Oversee program promotional efforts - order, coordinate, mail brochures and posters, electronically distribute monthly tip sheets to clients Work with AEs to fulfill customer specific promotional requests Assist in the development and coordination of an annual visibility plan for EAP clients (i.e. calendar that highlights seasonal topics, supported with topical workshops, monthly tip sheets, and other promotional events)

REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred with knowledge of the EAP field as well as prior experience in managed healthcare or insurance preferred.
