McKesson Provider Technologies is looking for someone to join our team that will manage the leadership talent review process to ensure we have assessed our leadership talent and developed succession plans to ensure we have leadership talent ready to support dynamic business growth.This role will ensure that all necessary training and development initiatives are in place to support individual and broader organization needs. Will develop HR analytics around leadership movement and depth. Will develop and manage an internal and external leadership coaching model.This role will partner with Corp HR team in the development, enhancement and deployment of all management and leadership development initiatives to include developing an approach to address Employee Opinion Survey feedback at a systemic level vs tactical action planning.Will also act as subject matter expert and facilitator for key organization wide change efforts.Qualified candidates must have leadership development experience. Experience developing/creating a leadership/organizational development function is a plus.Education

4-year degree in HR with emphasis on Organizational Development, or related field or equivalent experienceCertifications
