Director of Recruitment

Southern Ohio Health Services Network, a not-for-profit system of community health centers operating in five rural southwestern Ohio counties, has an immediate opening for a Director of Recruitment in our Milford Central Office as part of the Human Resources Department.

This important position will be responsible for all recruitment processes for medical and non-medical staff, including a lead role in the recruitment of physicians and other providers. The Director of Recruitment will be responsible for designingt and overseeing the recruitment function at all levels and will provide support and training to field level staff in areas related to recruitment. Individual will also manager provider privileging, locum tenen coverage, provider financial assistance programs, and will play a key role in provider contracting. Will be responsible for maintaining productive and positive relationships with all sources of candidates and the provider community. REQUIREMENTS


This position requires a minimum of 5 years experience in medical recruiting and some experience in training, development, and employee relations as well as HR generalist skills.

A bachelor's degree in a related field is required. PHR and or certification in medical staff recruitment highly preferred; SPHR certification desirable. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential. This position will be directly responsible for provider recruitment and will manage all other aspects of the recruitment function.
