We are Options Employment Resources a full service Recruitment Outsource, HR Consulting and
Staffing organization located in Tinton Falls New Jersey.

Our outsourcing division has increased substantially and we are now seeking a Senior Recruiting Director to lead our group of over achievers. This position will be responsible for strategic and creative planning of recruitment directions, assigning searches to staff, and assuring recruitment activities are performed effectively.
In a addition, our Director of Recruitment will interface with clients daily to assure their satisfaction and our focus of service.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 8 years Recruiting Experinece
Mininum 3 years Management Experience
