Director of Human Resources

Ivinson Memorial Hospital is seeking a Director of Human Resources to join our management team. We are seeking a dynamic person with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have proven conceptual and collaborative skills in order to engage managers and employees across the organization. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related field is required. A Master’s Degree and a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) is preferred along with five years experience in a management position in human Resources.
