EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Administration, Management, or related field. A Master's degree in Human Resources Administration, Management or related field is preferred.
CCP certification is required.Minimum Requirements - EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation with administrative and management level experience is necessary for this position.
