Director of Clinical Services

Responsible for the efficient operation and continued growth of the clinical services for Enclara Health, the Clinical Director will administer the program to promote high levels of patient and physician satisfaction; provide demonstrated value to the client; and work with clinical advisors and the Medical Director to develop end-of-life services for the company’s health plan customers. REQUIREMENTS


In order to be successful, the ideal candidate must:have a Bachelors of Science in Nursing; Masters preferred.have the proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic growth environment.have palliative care & hospice delivery experience through clinical practice, preferred.at least three years of case management or disease management experience with emphasis on end-of-life care.a least five years of management experience at a Manager or Director level, preferably in a managed care environment.be person of exceptional intellect, with decisive analytical skills and the capacity to think out-of-the-box, while bringing novel solutions to overcome barriers to success.be a risk taker, with the confidence to drive novel initiatives, and contribute to our fast-pace culture.be a superb communicator who is equally comfortable in one-on-one, small group, and large group settings.be a team player who will enjoy the camaraderie and team orientation that is a hallmark of Enclara Health's culture.be a person of unquestionable personal and professional ethics, in concert again with standards of Enclara Health.be someone who will enjoy the opportunity to contribute to Enclara Health's overall goal of building the nation’s premier end-of-life services provider.
