The Director of Project Management for Recruitment Services, will manage, support, monitor and direct cross-functional recruitment projects that support business objectives and result in improved quality, increased customer delight, lowered operating costs, and enhanced levels of performance. You will partner with recruitment, human capital and our recruitment outsource partners to develop and implement recruitment project strategies and solutions to address strategic and tactical business needs. This is not an IT Project Manager, but rather a Project Mgt lead role, working exclusively with recruitment and talent acquisition projects such as the rollout of behavioral interviewing for hiring managers, or creating and managing a talent pipeline initiative. We are looking for a strong general project manager leader who can partner closely with IT but whose background is not exclusively working as a PM in an IT functional area.

Recommend and direct projects that drive continuous improvement.
Develop a "roll up your sleeves" teamwork approach to project management process.
Results-oriented leadership with a keen interest in business improvement through process improvement.
Is a team player, developing and supporting the Human Capital/Recruitment vision in support of the Business Unit's vision.
Breaks down barriers between organizations, layers and diverse employee populations.
Self-confidence to share information across organizations and uses best practices from any/all sources.

Job Requirements:
7+ years progressive project management experience within Human Resources, HRIS or a Staffing/Recruitment function, strongly preferred.
Demonstrates experience in directing and developing strategic and tactical Recruitment initiatives
Appreciates the merits of differing positions/styles, open minded and focused on the team
Demonstrates success in productivity/operational effectiveness
Advanced degree in Business or related field
Strong leadership qualities, excellent interpersonal skills, negotiating skills and demonstrated ability to command respect at all levels
Business process reengineering, process measurement, improvement experience and ability to teach/mentor.
PMI Certification is a plus
