Our client is a leading International Company which won numerous awards for its outstanding corporate culture. The company is represented in more than 100 countries and growing at a rate of 20% per year. In the United States, the area of your potential activities, it counts approximately 3000 employees. It is one of its ambitions to become and remain one of the best employers in North America.

We are looking for an HR Director specialized in Compensation and Benefits who has at least eight years of post graduate work experience and strong functional expertise in compensation, benefits and employee retention strategies.

You will be reporting to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and have the ability to develop and lead teams in a cross-functional, cross-cultural environment.

A Bachelors Degree preferably in one of the HR disciplines followed by a Masters Degree of a top US or international school is desired.

You have an outstanding record of results oriented and pro-active achievements in HR and compensation including, ideally, relevant qualification to masters level. You are thoroughly familiar with successful strategies of rewarding and retaining employees.

You are a natural leader and a team player, have a high level of energy with very strong work ethics and excellent communication skills. You have a charismatic personality and are able to stand up and convince senior management of your vision.

Ideally you have at least eight years experience, including decision making and leadership authority in an HR role with a major, preferably international company.
