Director, Associate Compensation



Drive compensation program design and development for domestic and international lending businesses

Initially manage programs for a client organization with the intent of this position to take over leadership of the compensation consulting team supporting domestic and international lending

Manage programs involving support for corporate pay platforms and line of business specific pay programs including salary plans, incentive plans, recognition programs, and counsel on organization and job design
REQUIREMENTS
Required:

Bachelor’s degree in related field

7+ years of experience of progressive compensation design and program management

Exceptional consultative, analytical, and problem solving skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Willingness to work in a team environment



Preferred:

MBA or master’s degree

Specific experience with sales and production incentive plans, compensation vendor management, and working directly with senior management
