The successful candidate for the Deputy Executive Director position will oversee program operations, provide program and fiscal management of multiple contracts and conduct needs assessment and resource generation to support new initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements for the Deputy Executive Director:

The ideal candidate will have a master’s degree in a related discipline. A bachelor’s degree would be accepted. Minimum of 5 years executive level management experience. Experience administrating HIV/AIDS program related services preferred.
