We are searching for a Defined Benefits Team Leader - #7426.


POSITION SUMMARY

Seeking DB Team Leader to manage various levels of DB professionals within an outsourcing environment.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing of 15-20 associates of varying levels from call center associates, administrators, analysts and subject matter experts
Extensive client management interaction
Recruit, hire and train new associates
Monitor performance and ensure service level agreements are met
Client Plan expert

REQUIREMENTS

Outsourcing industry experience
2-3 years experience as an Analyst or a Junior Manager
Client implementation experience
Bachelor's degree in majors such as Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or Business Administration
Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, time management and customer service skills
Profiency in MS Office products including MS Project
Actuarial experience a plus
