DIVISION H/R DIRECTOR

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER Construction, Energy, Marine, and Components Trinity Industries, Inc. is seeking an HR Manager within the corporate CEMC group. The ideal candidate will have 8 + years generalist experience along with a Bachelors degree in HR or related field. This position will administer full range of HR activities in areas of Employment, Labor Relations, Compensation, Benefits and Training as well as recommending/consulting management on appropriate personnel actions. Previous experience supporting and influencing senior executives from an HR perspective is required. Ability to work effectively in a “matrix” management setting is required as well as the ability to work on multiple demanding priorities simultaneously. Strong HR process administration experience with sound judgment and strong analytical skills is required. Experience investigating and resolving employee concerns is necessary. Tenacious individual with strong presence and the ability to build effective working relationships quickly and all levels and previous experience in high volume recruiting are required. HR generalist with functional specialty in at least one of the following: Employee Relations, Policy Development and Administration, Compensation/Executive Compensation, Safety & Environmental, Recruiting, and Training/OD. HR support of manufacturing facility, bi-lingual (Spanish) and experience is preferred but not required. This position requires proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, superior communication skills, both written and oral, as well as ability to be a strong team player.
