DIRECTOR OF RECRUITMENT & DEVELOPMENT

GRAPHICS COORDINATORA manufacturer in the Wichita area is in search of a Graphics Production Coordinator responsible for a variety of duties in support of the print products and services provided to numerous clientele on an international level to include:

Oversee and direct graphics pre-press functions.
Maintains project programs and schedules.
Archives incoming TIF files.
Schedules digital plating.
Maintenance and management of web interface tools.
Train staff in the use of web interface tools.
Organize and maintain graphic files for all client projects, act as liaison to ensure quality assurance to support continual process improvement.
Backup for Prepress Coordinator. REQUIREMENTS

This position requires:

Bachelor's degree in Graphics or five years equivalent experience within a pre-press/printing environment.
MUST have the ability to effectively and efficiently handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in print production of creative graphics to include print coordination, conventional and digital photopolymer.
Techinical support.
Superior internal and external customer service skills.
Ability to provide leadership and direction.
Excellent oral communication skills.
Solid writing and grammar skills.
Uses interpersonal skills that are effective in a team-structured organization.
