DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES / DIETICIAN

DIRECTOR, HUMAN RESOURCES
Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function including recruitment and staffing, compensation, benefits administration and employee relations. Must be well versed in State and Federal regulations. Bachelor s degree in Human Resource Administration or related field required. SPHR desired. Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and computer skills required.
DIETITIAN
Applies principles of nutrition and medical nutrition therapy, and program management, to assist in providing a variety of nutritional services to patients. Must have strong clinical skills with ability to perform nutrition assessments, formulate nutrition plans, and provide nutrition counseling and education. BS/BA degree in nutrition, health education, or related field and 1-3 years related experience required, and the ability to work as a team member with diverse groups of people from adolescents to adults in a substance abuse recovery setting. Computer literacy desirable. Must be a registered dietitian, Connecticut Licensure preferred.
