DC DVS Senior Processing Assistant

Daily Valuation Services (DVS) is a DC aligned group responsible for the daily valuation of Defined Contribution participant level activity and communication of plan trades to our external financial partners. The DVS Senior Processing Analyst (Sr PA) is responsible for delivering and/or maintaining ongoing support and quality of the DVS Buy/Sell operations and systems for the daily valued Defined Contribution clients supported.DVS Senior Process Analyst is responsible for:
DVS Support. The DVS Sr PA is responsible for problem resolution and support of daily mutual fund balancing. The DVS Sr PA is responsible for researching and providing a timely response to questions and issues from client teams and external trading partners. The DVS Sr PA is the primary contact and resource to the client team Benefits Analyst and Processing Analyst. In addition, the Sr PA leads DVS 100 level training courses and keeps documentation updated. The Sr PA is also able to identify DVS operational efficiency suggestions.
Implementation support. The DVS Sr PA is responsible for supporting the implementation of DC plan changes through the direction of DVS Project Leaders. The Sr PA enters setup parameters into the Buy/Sell System, tests setup/system changes, and assists with implementation documentation. The Sr PA is then responsible for supporting the initial processing of the implementation and/or training others DVS associates on the new features.Daily Valuation Processing: The DVS Sr PA has solid knowledge of the daily valuation process flow. The Sr PA is responsible for processing assigned clients which includes: certifying mainframe batch jobs, balancing nightly and daily positions, placing trades with investment managers, overseeing accurate dividend processing, verifying successfully trade communications, assuming ownership of processing, keeping processing documentation updated and maintaining strong relationships and communications with client teams and DVS associates. The DVS Sr PA is also responsible for accurately completing the evening closing tasks.Work Hours: 12:00 - 8:30 PM, Shift differential applies to the role
