Corporate Recruiter

This is a 3 month+ contract corporate recruiting opportunity.

Primary responsibilities include understanding the business needs and partnering with the hiring manager and Human Resources. You will identify, evaluate and present qualified candidates to hiring manager for review, while providing regular progress updates to hiring manager throughout the process. You will drive the recruitment process and ensure candidate decisions are made in a timely manner, and solicit feedback on candidates and refine recruiting strategy, as needed. You will partner with Human Resources to create offers based on current labor market, extend and negotiate employment offers with candidates by selling both the firm and the position. You will keep current on the local labor market and share information with clients and colleagues, and act as a subject matter expert for areas of staffing responsibility. Qualifications; * 5+ years experience and a proven track record effectively recruiting, preferably within a financial services environment. Proven experience with a wide variety of sourcing vehicles; internet sourcing and mining, advertising, direct sourcing, trade journal and employee referrals required. * Knowledge of applicant tracking systems. * Exceptional customer service and project management skills within a high-volume recruiting environment required. * Excellent communication skills both verbal and written required. * Strong planning and organizational skills
