Corporate Human Resources Manager

Will specifically support Sales & Marketing.

Develops, implements and administers Human Resources policies including recruitment, training, compensation, employee relations and other activities to fulfill objectives.

Represents company in day-to-day employee relations including conflict resolution.

Provides personnel and management counseling on Human Resources issues and communicates policy and procedure changes.

Administers employee benefit and compensation plans. Oversees recruitment for exempt and non-exempt positions.

Functions as Human Resources laws/ regulations expert.

Will require 10-25% travel in support of field Sales and Marketing.

Also have Corporate Benefits Manager position available.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have Bachelor degree. PHR/SPHR certification HIGHLY preferred.

Must have minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources leadership and employee relations in manufacturing, ideally food or consumer products.

Must have supported Sales and Marketing at corporate level. Prefer an individual from medium to large size company environment.
