Overall, this position is responsible for coordinating processes and executing key controls to ensure the accurate and timely update of Exec Comp application (Atlas) for executive job history and LTI transactions.  This position is also responsible for determining the impact of executive status changes on executives LTI and EID holding based on program rules. This position requires extensive interaction with Hewitt (Payroll), division HR and external vendors and a deep understanding of Exec Comp application (Atlas).Specific responsibilities include:Executive Movement UpdatesCoordinate the receipt of executive movement updates (i.e. hire, promotion, title change, transfer, termination, retirement, etc?) data from all divisions/HR systems.Develop process calendar and ensure alignment with division HR processes and Exec Comp admin and financial reporting processes.
Ensure the timely update and overall data integrity of PepsiCo Executive Compensation database (Atlas) related to executive movements, equity award transactions and bonus.Review bi-weekly movement reports to identify job/status changes that impact LTI and EID holdings. Follow-up with division contacts to research and resolve data discrepancies.Calculate and provide direction to vendor (prorate/cancel options/RSU, payout EID accounts, etc?)LTI Transaction Processing Independently execute key internal controls related to the (annual and quarterly) granting of equity awards to new and promoted executives in accordance with plan rules and SOX requirements.Identify executives eligible for pro-rata equity award and ensure appropriate sign-off/approval is received from each division. Review and reconcile division movement reports, division pro-rata eligibility and award summary to ensure accuracy and completeness.Review daily stock option exercise and restricted stock unit activity to ensure compliance with Federal, State, Local, Foreign and Expatriate tax withholding requirements and plan rules.Identify, research and resolve discrepancies (tax withholding, options exercised, etc?) on daily stock option exercise and RSU lapse activity reports.Track and record receipt of equity award agreements.Executive Income Deferral Coordinate the processing of PepsiCo Executive Income Deferral Program quarterly payments.Establish quarterly payment calendar to ensure payments are made within 10 business days.Ensure payment calendar aligns with Fidelity account valuation timeline and payroll processing calendar.Ensure EID payments are accurate and comply with Federal, State, Local, Foreign and Expatriate tax withholding requirements and plan rules.Review preliminary quarterly payment list to ensure completeness and accuracyFollow-up and provide Fidelity with direction to resolve discrepanciesDetermine appropriate tax treatment based on IRS rules and PepsiCo policy and provide direction to Hewitt payroll
REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor's Degree, concentration in Business
-1-3 years related experience, preferably in a Human Resources environment
-Strong computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint
-Strong quantitative analytical skills
