The Human Resources Coordinator will support the Employee Relations and Learning & Development (L&D) functions in the daily administration of all activities including employment contracts; new hire orientation; and learning & development programs.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintains and administers contracts for employment agreements and separation agreements by tracking key dates and terms, updating and revising contract activity daily including synopses, spreadsheets, and announcements.
Creates and maintains contract tracking database for contract expirations and option pick ups within HRIS Oracle system.Drafts separation agreements, amendments, side letters and option pick up memos and letters under the direction of Manager, HR.
Works directly with senior management, employees and outside counsel to coordinate employment agreement activity.
Monitors and tracks separation agreements and coordinates severance payments, COBRA and outplacement services.
Prepares weekly and monthly reports related to employment agreement and separation agreement activity to Executive Management.Assists Manager of HR to develop and implement appropriate delivery strategy of training programs, as well as work with Subject Matter Experts to design effective training and development solutions.
Facilitates training programs such as New Hire Orientation for Temporary employees, as well as other training programs as assigned.Coordinates training program activities for the Company. Monitors and maintains training calendars.
Supports employee relations staff by fielding employee and management questions, scheduling exit interviews or other investigative meetings as requested, reproducing file materials, and assisting with post-termination activities including tracking and return of personal property.Other duties as necessary and assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
BA or BS degree required. HR specific coursework and/or contract administration strongly preferred.
Minimum of 2 years previous human resources and/or office administration experience, with at least 1 year experience in a contract administration or training preferred.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.Must be detail oriented, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.Computer literacy essential with exposure to HRIS systems. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
