Responsibility for the coordination and processing of all Personnel Action Forms for the Hospital. Provides support to Administrators, Directors, Managers, department Secretaries and employees with rate calculations for employee merit evaluations and promotions, bonus calculations, position and status changes, and interpreting and advising on compensation policies and practices. Provides HRIS system support through uploads, changes/corrections, and upgrade testing, and assists with other HRIS projects as necessary. Maintains and updates HR departmental listing and Personnel Action Guidelines.Application Process:

REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience with computer systems, strong aptitude for figures, effective communication skills, ability to prioritize and organize in a fast paced environment, and demonstrated clerical skills (typing skill of 45 wpm). Ability manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Minimum 1-2 years of personnel/benefits experience preferred.
