Total Rewards Specialist
This position plays a key role within the Total Rewards department that focuses on talent attraction while ensuring competitive compensation packages. Specific duties include:

Conducting salary surveys and administering adjustments to pay practices
Evaluating job position duties/requirements to determine pay grade and job description creation through analysis of input from incumbents and management
Maintaining applicant-tracking database
Educating management and employees on compensation guidelines and philosophies
Participating in job fairs and open houses
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
2-4 years of experience in human resources
Previous experience in compensation administration, including job analysis and pay-grade maintenance
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including an intermediate to advanced skill level with Excel
Strong communication skills
Proven background in recruitment/sourcing preferred
